It was an evening of celebration, filled with pride and excitement as we gathered alongside industry leaders to celebrate the best in packaging.
Our Nominations: A Reflection of Excellence
We were proud to be recognised in the following categories:
- Design Team of the Year: A true testament to the creativity and hard work of our design team, who consistently deliver exceptional packaging solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
- Investment Project of the Year (Highly Commended): This commendation highlights our commitment to investing in new technologies and processes that drive growth and efficiency across our operations.
- Best New Concept Award (Highly Commended): This recognition celebrates our passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in packaging, introducing new and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Woman of the Year: We are incredibly proud of Laura Iannucci-Gilbert, Internal Sale Manager for being shortlisted in this category. Laura is a key member of the Coppice SLT and is a pivotal figure within the business where she continually drives the business forward with a collaborative mindset and a real determination.
- Rising Star Award (Highly Commended): Ella Shears, Trainee Buyer, who has developed from her initial role within the Repack value stream via an apprenticeship route that she completed as part of the Transport & Logistics Teams to a role supporting the Supply Chain Team, to now taking on more training and qualifications in her role as Trainee Buyer. Well done Ella we are proud of you and what you have achieved
