QSR Account Manager (Internal Sales)

Coppice is seeking a proactive and commercially engaged QSR Account Manager (Internal Sales) to own and develop relationships with key Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role acts as the day-to-day commercial partner for assigned QSR accounts, ensuring high levels of service, accurate order and contract management, and effective issue resolution. You will play a central role in protecting customer satisfaction, service reliability and margin while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Operating in a fast-paced QSR environment, this role works closely with National Account Managers, planning, procurement, transport and site teams to deliver responsive, commercially robust account management.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and developing assigned QSR customer accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact
  • Delivering tailored customer solutions by building a strong understanding of individual QSR requirements
  • Managing all customer orders, enquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring same-day turnaround where possible
  • Driving account growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities, increasing product uptake and supporting new listings
  • Maintaining high levels of customer engagement through proactive communication and effective diary management
  • Setting, tracking and delivering agreed account targets aligned to company KPIs, budgets and commercial priorities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support accurate forecasting, demand planning and service delivery
  • Proactively identifying risks and escalating potential service or commercial issues to prevent disruption
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service performance, efficiency and margin protection

 

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring experience in internal sales, account management or customer-facing commercial roles, ideally within B2B, foodservice or high-volume environments. You are highly organised, customer-focused and commercially aware, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving QSR setting.

An understanding of pricing, margin, service metrics and order management systems is essential, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills.
