About the Job
Coppice is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing U.S. team. If you’re an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting customers, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and effectively, while also supporting internal coordination across time zones and helping with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support
• Provide timely and efficient solutions while managing multiple priorities
• Coordinate with internal teams (often across time zones) to ensure smooth order processing
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Support additional tasks including sample coordination and trade show logistics
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply chain operations
• Contribute to a flexible and evolving operational environment
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and resolve problems in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented and proactive work approach
• Experience in packaging and importing (preferred)
• Familiarity with inventory and supply chain coordination (preferred)
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote work setting
• Willingness to support cross-functional operations as needed
