In 1985, Coppice acquired Alupack to form Coppice Alupack. Shortly afterwards, the Coppice operations moved to the existing South Wales site. The industry further consolidated in 1998, as Coppice Alupack took over the business of Lawson Marden Picopack (formerly William Garfield). The Kidderminster operations were again transferred to South Wales, where the combined businesses continued to trade as Coppice Alupack.
