As New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, leading and driving new business growth opportunities across our portfolio. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by generating high-quality leads and converting them into long-term, profitable business revenue. You will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess a strong "hunter" mentality, thriving in a target-driven atmosphere. To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
Packaging industry knowledgeKnowledge of distributor model within industryDemonstrable success at lead generation and conversion into new businessHunger to grow revenue and unlock new opportunitiesEntrepreneurial, "Can Do" / "Hunter" mindsetExcellent interpersonal skillsDegree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar relevant field is desirable
Ideally based within a commutable distance to site in the first instance - You must be prepared for regular travel, including overnight stays, to attend customer meetings
